The Deputy Governor of Kano State, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo has assumed office.
He assumed office on Wednesday, as he met with civil servants, charging them to rededicate themselves to work.
The deputy governor was received by the
Permanent Secretary, Engineer Abdulkadir Adamu Musa and a massive crowd of party members and workers welcomed him into his office.
He was also ushered into the office, where he met the directors in the office.
The deputy Governor later toured the office and said he had gone around the offices to see things for himself.
The Deputy Governor urged the senior management staff of the office to brace up and be committed to their duties.
In his remarks, the Permanent Secretary, Engineer Abdulkadir Adamu Musa, promised to give the deputy Governor all the necessary support towards achieving the desired goals.

“I want to use this opportunity on behalf of the civil servants in this office to provide transparency while conducting our duties ‘.
Also, the state NNPP Chairman, Umar Haruna Doguwa, appealed to the staff of the Deputy Governor’s office to give their support to the present administration.
