Eid-el-Fitr Celebrations: NSCDC Deploys 1,750 Personnel to Protect lives, Property in Kano

Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps, Kano State Command said the Commandant of the Corps in the state Abu Abdu Tambuwal has approved the deployment of 1,750 tactical operational staff to various eid- ground, places of worship, recreational centres and monuments to secure lives and property during Sallah celebrations in the State.

This was made known in a statement by the Command’s Public Relations Officer ASC Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi

Ibrahim Idris noted that ensuring safety of Lives and protection of all public property are some of the foremost statutory mandate of the Corps.

He maintained that the Corps Emergency Response Unit and the Medical Team are also equipped for disaster management response during the festive period.
