Police operatives attached to Surulere Division have arrested two notorious members of a one-chance gang for allegedly l operating along Funsho Williams Avenue.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin Command’s Spokesperson made the disclosure in a statement issued on Wednesday.
He said the suspects arrested include: Usman Hussani, aged 21, and Ebuka Ukechukwu, aged 25,

He further said the duo were arrested following a distress call received from a victim shortly after he was dispossessed of his phone and other valuables.
He explained that items recovered from the suspects are 2 mobile phones, 2 SIM cards, one Sterling Bank ATM card, one UBA cheque booklet belonging to Ugochukwu ( other names withheld) and one brand new tricycle with registration number LSD 360 QN used by the gang.

SP Hundeyin stated that suspects will be arraigned once investigations are concluded.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi, encouraged residents of Lagos state to always remain vigilant and keen-eyed, especially when boarding public vehicles.
