The National Assembly Election petition tribunal sitting in Dutse the Jigawa State capital has dismissed the petition filed by Sabo Mohammed Nakudu of the APC against the winner of the election Senator Mustapha khabeeb of the PDP as the Senator representing Jigawa South West Senatorial District.
In a judgement which lasted for exactly three hours read by the chairman of the three man panel of Justices, Justice Agatha Okeke held that the Petitioners failed to proof their case and dismiss the petition for lacking in merit.
