Kano Govt Warns Irates Youths from Disrupting Peace or Face Consequences

Kano state Government has warned Irates Youths to desist from disrupting the relative peace in all the communities or face the wrath of government .

The state commissioner for Internal Security and special services, Retired Air Vice Marshal Ibrahim Umar gave the warning when he led the Directors, and security operatives to Kurna Tudun Fulani one of the most vulnerable area in Dala local government on the security menace .

MISK, the visit was sequel to a security tips that some unscrupulous youths have been terrorizing the community which is leading to the loss of properties and the death of many innocent souls in the area.

The commissioner noted with dismay the recent communal clash among the youth that led to the death of one Abba Sa’idu Mai hula.

Retired AVM revealed that since the inception of the present administration under the leadership of governor Abba Kabiru Yusuf, frantic efforts are being taken to ensure all unemployed youths have been provided with skills acquisition training with a view to making them be self reliant and relevant in the society.

“The security issue is the work of every one, as such all hand most be on deck to safeguard the life of the citizenry” the commissioner added.

He advised every household in the area to wake-up and join hand with security agencies and report suspicious characters invading the area with a view to facing the security challenges squarely.

Speaking during the visit,the ward head of the area, Mal Usaini Ibrahim Tudun Fulani, appealed to the government to come to their aid by applying all form strategies towards curving the menace of insecurity caused by irates and other hoodlums in the area.

The ward head, proposed the conversion of a plot being used as refuse dumping arena, to a police outpost, adding that this will help in bringing more security close to the community for better result.

Later the commissioner was conducted to the refuse dumping area by some elders in the area under the leadership of the Ward head, and the commissioner promised to advise the government appropriately on the said proposal.

The retired military officer, in company of the permanent secretary of the ministry Alh Dan’asabe Yahya and all the Directors of the ministry have consoled with Mal Sa’idu Mai hula who lost his son Abba Sa’idu as a result of clash, and prayed to all mighty Allah to grant him Jannah, and give fortitude for the parents to bear the loss.
