Store Breaking: Police Arrest Two Suspects In Adamawa

The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested two suspects in connection with a case of criminal conspiracy and store breaking at Kilimi Village, Michika Local Government Area.

SP Suleiman Nguroje, Police Public Relations Officer, Adamawa State Command made this known in a statement issued Saturday.

He said the arrest followed credible intelligence indicating that on 5th September, 2025, suspects broke into a phone accessories shop at Kilimi Village of Michika local government area and carted away valuable items.

According to him, acted on the information, Police operatives attached to Gombi Divisional police headquarters swiftly responded and apprehended the suspects in possession of the stolen items including handset, MP3 player
DP light, Rechargeable table fan amongst others.

The PPRO identified the suspects as: Hassan Adamu, 25 years old and Daniel Ishaya, 30 years both residents of Michika Town.

“During interrogation, the suspects confessed to the crime and will be charged to Court upon completion of Investigation.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, commended the operatives for their swift action and reassured members of the public of the Command’s commitment to rid the state of crime and ensure the safety of lives and property.
