Kano VGN Commander Tasks Philanthropists on Humanitarian Gesture

The Kano State Acting Commander, Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) Ubale Barau Badawa has called on the Philanthropists, Members of National Assembly representing Three Senatorial Disrict to emulate the gesture of Alhaji Ahmad Idris, Accountant General of the Federation by donating vehicles and other operational facilities to the Group.

The Acting Commander, made the plea while speaking to Journalists after receiving the key of a Patrol Vehicle which was donated by Alhaji Ahmad Idris to the Vigilante Group in Daneji Quarters of Kano Municipal through Al-ihsan Social Intervention Foundation.

He pointed out that Vigilante in Kano has been in the forefront in fighting the crime and criminalities.

He applauded the Accountant General for his commitments in seeing Kano state remain peaceful.

The Acting Commander also said vehicle will assist the Group to enhance security in Daneji and Kano state as a whole.

Also speaking, the Accountant General, Alhaji Ahmad Idris explained that security is everybody’s affairs noting that everyone has a role to play in ensuring that the state remain peace.

The Accountant General of the Federation enjoined the Vigilante Group in Daneji to make a good use of the Vehicle.

He maintained that the time of relying on Government totally is over, stressing that he has a passion for community development.

Justice Watch News gathered that the Accountant General of the Federation is constructing Secretariat for the Group in Ladanai, in Hotoro Quarters of Nassarawa LGA Kano.
