Kakaki’s Founder Jibo Receives Youth Ambassador Award from Indian Rights Commission

The World Human Rights & Peace Commission, India, has bestowed the prestigious title of Youth Ambassador to Nigeria upon Baba Jibo Ibrahim, the founding chairman of the Kakaki Humanitarian Human Rights and Advocacy Center.

According to the commission, the recognition comes in light of his exceptional commitment to fostering peace and advocating for human rights both in Nigeria and globally.

Notably among the partnerships include that of International Peace Human Rights Education Council, India and International Interdisciplinary Innovative Life Centre ‘World Peoples Alliance’ Moscow, Russia

Mr. Ibrahim, who also serves as the Spokesperson for the Kano State Judiciary, was honored for his meticulous efforts in peace-building activities, including peace mediation, dialogue, and assessment, as well as his ongoing peace campaigns across various platforms.

The certificate, signed by the International Director of the Commission, highlights that Mr. Ibrahim has met all requisite criteria set forth by the Commission, which includes active participation in preventing violence, promoting human rights, and facilitating rehabilitation and peace initiatives within his community.

The Commission took time to assess the significant humanitarian contributions made by the Kakaki Center over the past year.

Among their various initiatives, the organization has provided housing for orphans, facilitated monetary donations, and engaged in numerous other humanitarian endeavors.

Furthermore, they acknowledged Kakaki’s collaborations with international humanitarian organizations that have enhanced its outreach and effectiveness.

In receiving the honour, Baba Jibo Ibrahim expressed gratitude to the World Human Rights & Peace Commission, India for recognizing his work and emphasized that this accolade is a testament to the collective efforts of everyone involved in Kakaki’s mission.
