Gombe Ag. Chief Judge Bows to Pressure, Tenders Notice of Retirement

Gombe State Acting Chief Judge, North East Nigeria, Justice Muazu Pindiga has bowed to pressure resulting from the petition challenging his falsification of his age.

Subsequently, he has tendered a notice of his retirement from the service of Gombe State judiciary on 1st January 2022.

He was said to have earlier sworn to a false declaration of age in an attempt to extend his stay until 1st April, 2022.
