The Kano State Magistrate court Number 58 presided over by Senior Magistrate Aminu Gabari has granted former Kano State Public Complaints and Anti Corruption Commission, Muhuyi Magaji Rimin Gado N500,000 bail with two reliable sureties who shall be his biological father, Paternal or Maternal Uncle and provide with the court their three years tax clearance.
The court similarly ordered that the defendant shall bring Chief Imam of Sharada Friday Mosque, or Village head of Sharada as part of the bail conditions.
The Court also ordered that Muhuyi should deposit his international passport to the court registry for onwards transmission to the office of Kano State Chief Registrar.
