Suspected Stolen Vehicle Recovered, Abandoned at FCE Gate, Yola

Adamawa State Police Command has said that unidentified person abandoned a vehicle at the gate of the Federal College of Education, Yola.

The Chief Security Officer of the college, promptly informed the Divisional Police Headquarters in Dougirei, leading to the recovery of the vehicle.

Upon receiving the report, Commissioner of Police CP Afolabi Babatola ordered a diligent investigation into the matter to determine the circumstances surrounding the abandoned vehicle.

The police command is urging members of the public, especially those who have had their vehicles stolen, to come forward with proof of ownership and report to the command in order to claim their vehicles.

The Police Public Relations Officer Adamawa State Command, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje in a statement, emphasized the commitment of the command toward ensuring the recovery and return of the stolen vehicles to their rightful owners.
