The Social Democratic Party, (SDP) Presidential candidate Prince Adewole Adebayo has urged Nigerians electorates to vote for him as next Nigeria’s Leader to enable them enjoy the resources God created for the country, stressing that he has plans to address poverty and insecurity bedeviling the country.
The Presidential Candidate made the disclosure at a press briefing held at Kano Press Centre, as part of his grand mega rally scheduled to be conducted in Kano on Wednesday.
He said it doesn’t matter how many bridges you built, saying what Nigerians need most now is visionary leader who will address poverty and insecurity squarely.
He also said he will support Kano to restore its Industrial base, as well as seeing infrastructure is built in the the state.
“We want to exchange ideas regarding the way Nigeria is going. Whatever way Nigeria want to go, Kano has a role to play.”
“If Traditional Politics of Kano is determine where Nigeria is going, then I’m glad to say the country is going a progressive way.” The SDP Presidential Candidate stated.
Prince Adebayo pointed out that Kano People know what they want and they always decide Nigeria’s politics.
He maintained that it was in Kano, Mosheed Abiola defeated Kano indigine at Presidential race under the platform of SDP.
“Even in recent primaries conducted by different political parties in Nigeria, Kano delegates showed out how the election want to go,”
He revealed that SDP has special regards for Kano People for having its Presidential runner mate from the State.
Similarly, the Presidential Flag bearer of SDP met with Kano stakeholders where he further stated his agenda to move Nigeria to the greater heights.
He noted that he will run an inclusive Government, calling on Kano electorates to bring the real change by supporting him to change the Narrations.
According to him, “We need to bring new Two Terminals for Passangers and have a new runway at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, (MAKIA), adding the present one is long over due, considering the fact that Kano is mega city and hub for commercial activities.”
Also in his speech, the Kano Flag bearer for SDP, Alhaji Bala Muhammad Gwagwarwa said the Party is older than all the major political parties in the country.
He said the Party has track records politically, urging the electorates to vote for him to bring a desired changes in the state.
