The Kano State Branch of the Nigerian Association of Auctioneers has elected Alhaji Sani Coca-Cola as the new chairman of the Association in the state.
Alhaji Sani Coca-Cola was elected by the Association’s Congress after the former Chairman, Alhaji Halilu Ali Nagero, passed away.
The Congress subsequently elected other members to fill the leadership positions within the Association following the loss of some members.

In his acceptance speech, the new Chairman of the Auctioneers in Kano expressed gratitude to the association for entrusting him with their mandate.
He emphasized the importance of unity among the Kano Auctioneers to foster business development in the state.
The new chairman also extolled the virtues of the late former chairman, describing him as trustworthy and sincere.

He announced plans to collaborate with key stakeholders and embark on a sensitization campaign.
Alhaji Sani Coca-Cola emphasized that his door would remain open for advice from all members of the Association.
In his speech, the new Financial Secretary of the Association, Alhaji Idris Abdu Gama (Danladi Raccah), highlighted that Alhaji Sani Coca-Cola’s election comes at an opportune time due to his extensive experience in the auction business.
Danladi Raccah maintained that this new leadership would enhance the standards of the Association in Kano.
Furthermore, he emphasized that this positive change would help dispel any negative perceptions of public Auctioneers and underscored that the auction business operates within the framework of the law.
Similarly, the New Auditor of the Branch, Alhaji Shazali Umar Kofar Kabuga, called on Auctioneers in Kano to register with the Association.
He stressed that coming together would contribute to sanitizing the business environment in Kano.
