RATTAWU’s National Conference: We’re Ready for Credible Leaders – Kano Council Chair

The President of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU), Comrade Kabir Garba Tsanni, has commended the Kano State Council’s contributions towards the development and success of the Union.

He stated this during an official visit to Kano as part of his tour of RATTAWU state branches nationwide.

Comrade Kabir Garba Tsanni noted with appreciation the endorsement by the Kano Council of RATTAWU for his two consecutive terms, noting that the Kano Council of RATTAWU was making significant contributions towards industrial peace and harmony as well as unity among the Union members.

Comrade Garba Tsanni said his visit was to appreciate efforts by the Kano Council of RATTAWU in that direction, urging members to sustain the zeal for fruitful results in the next national election scheduled to take place in Gombe State on July 15, 2025.

On his part, the Union’s Vice President, Southeast zone, who is also a Presidential Candidate, Prince Emeka Kalu (Magic Fingers), acknowledged the love shown to him by the Kano RATTAWU members.

Speaking earlier, the Chairman of RATTAWU Kano State Council, Comrade Babangida Mamuda Biyamusu, pledged to sustain the Council’s role in ensuring peace, unity, and progress of the union at all times.

Comrade Biyamusu expressed satisfaction with the performance of the outgoing President, and assured that Kano State delegates will vote for a credible candidate that will take the Union to greater heights.

The President was accompanied by Comrade Babangida Umar Zurmi, the Deputy Presidential Candidate, the Chairman of Niger State Council, among other elders of the union.
