The Presidency has said there was an attempt to burgle the residence of the Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari on Monday.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity stated this in his verified Twitter handle on Monday evening.

According to the post, the burgle attempt of the residence was not successful.
Malam Garba Shehu in the statement did not elaborate more on the attempt described it as foolish.
