Operatives of the Ekiti Command of Nigeria Police have arrested one Segun Olamiden Known as Confidence for allegedly burgling into sixteen houses and shops, belonging to sixteen different complainants within Ado-Ekiti and carting away with numerous valuables.
DSP Sunday Abutu made this known in a statement on Sunday.

He said the suspect was arrested on 1st October, 2022, saying during interrogation, the suspect confessed to the commission of the crime and mentioned one Olatunji Michael who resides in Akure, Ondo State, but was later arrested, and three others who are currently at large as his accomplices.
He also said the two suspects arrested led the Police operatives to where they hid some of the stolen items and the following items were recovered:

He explained that while effort is ongoing to arrest the fleeing suspects and recover more items, the two suspects arrested will be arraigned accordingly.
