The Northern Youth Forum (NYF), on Monday lauded the Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Professor Abdullahi Usman Sale and his team for the remarkable success of the 2025 Hajj operations.
A statement by the Pan Arewa Group that was made available to Reporters in Kano, said the NAHCON Chairman has delivered outstanding results in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

The statement signed by Comrade Yahaya Usman Kabo hailed the NAHCON boss and his team for “financial transparency, significant cost reduction, securing VIP Tent A accommodation, and the Presidential Subsidy for the 2024 Hajj.”
Comrade Usman said “Equally commendable are the approved ₦90 billion intervention fund to cushion pilgrims against new rates, and ₦24 billion to clear outstanding payments to 2023 airlines by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu”

The statement further praised Abdullahi Usman Sale for the support in negotiating with Hajj carriers to accept local currency-shielding pilgrims from forex shocks.
The Group stressed that “These milestones have eased the burden on pilgrims and reinforced public trust in NAHCON. May Almighty Allah continue to guide you in serving the Ummah and our dear nation.”
