The Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Kano State Council has congratulated, Comrade Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu, over his appointment as Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor of Kano State, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam.

In a congratulatory message, jointly signed by Comrade Abbas Ibrahim and Comrade Abba Murtala, Chairman and Secretary respectively, which was addressed to Ibrahim Shuaibu, described the appointment as a well-deserved development.
The Union said “Your pedigree as two term Chairman of NUJ, speak volumes on your competence to occupy the office,”

The Union wished the new CPS Allah’s guidance in the tasks ahead.
