Land Dispute: Gombe Court Refuses Grandscope Construction’s Application to Vacate Interim Order

Gombe State High Court, presided over by Justice Fatima Musa, has denied an application by Grandscope Construction Limited to vacate an earlier interim order.

The order had prohibited the company from conducting any activities on the applicant’s land, situated near the newly commissioned Dankwambo Ultra Modern Park in Gombe Metropolis.

Simirlarly in her ruling, Justice Musa allowed application by Gombe State Government, seeking to join the suit as list of defendants.

Justice Watch News, recalls that the Applicant, Emir General Integrated Limited approched the court, seeking to perpetually restrain the defendant from alleged trespass on the his land.

He further alleged that the Construction Company Limited has violated the interim order, which restrained them from making any trespass.

The presiding judge, adjourned its sitting to May 7, 2025 for the hearing of other pending applications
