KCSF President Bello Calls for Lasting Solution to Rimin Zakara Community Crisis

The President of the Kano Civil Society Forum (KCSF), Mohammed Bello, has expressed great concern over the outcomes of the recent demolition in Rimin Zakara Community, Ungogo Local Government Area, which resulted in loss.

Bello expressed great concern over the incident and pledged to engage all key stakeholders to find a lasting solution.

During a condolence visit to the community, the President of KCSF emphasized the need to understand the root cause of the problem, which dates back 40 years.

He noted that the KCSF will work to amicably resolve the matter between the residents and Bayero University, while also following up on the litigation and its current stage in court.

He stressed that it is illegal to take any action without allowing the court to pass its judgment.

He reassured the community that the KCSF will explore all legitimate avenues to ensure justice prevails and that the rights of the affected individuals are protected.

The Chairman of Rimin Zakara Community Development Association, Baba Habu Mika’il commended the President of KCSF and its members for their condolences and expressed willingness to provide all necessary documents to support their quest for justice.
