The PRO also said the state Commandant Mohammed Lawal Falala has instructed a 24/7 surveillance by officers and men of Anti Vandalism Unit across the State with a view to checkmating the unwholesome development, and if anybody is caught in the act of diversion, hoarding or dispensing PMS to the black marketers will be arrested and instantly brought to justice.

He called on the general public to be warned.
