Kano Apc Legal Tussle: Justice Commissioner Sheds light on court proceedings

Kano State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Musa Abdullahi Lawan has debunked online and social media stories trending on the court proceedings held in Abuja FCT High Court today Thursday.

This is in respect of the All progressive Congress, (APC) Wards and Local Govt Congreses, insisting that court lacked jurisdictions to deliver judgement on stay of execution, noting that there were notice of appeals documented in the court.

Speaking to Journalists, MA Lawan revealed that the court decision to decline jurisdiction was upon a prayer by counsel to Ganduje’s faction legal team.

He maintained that the story which said
Court refused Ganduje’s faction motion for stay of execution was not true which according to him was deliberate attempt to mislead public and create confusion.
