Kano State House of Assembly has approved and confirmed the appointment of Justice Ibrahim Umar Fagge and Jamila Sani Garko as members of Kano State Judicial Service Commission.

In a statement issued on Saturday, by Baba Jibo Ibrahim, Public Relations Officer, Kano State Judiciary said the approval followed the adoption of a report presented by Vice Chairman House Standing Committee on Judiciary, Muazzam El- yakub, which screened and recommended the appointment of the two nominees.
Acccording to Jibo, Justice Fagge was a High Court Judge in the High Court of Justice Kano before his retirement after completing his compulsory years of service in 2021.
