Insecurity: Kano Vigilante Group Requests Vehicles, Operational Kits Donation

The Kano State Commander, Vigilante Group of Nigeria ( VGN) Ubale Barau Badawa has urged Senators representing Kano Central, kano North, Kano South Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau, Barau I Jibrin, Kabir Ibrahim Gaya and all state Members in the Federal House of Representatives to come to their aid and provide the group with patrol vehicles to ease their operations of fighting crime and criminalities in the state.

Badawa made the plea while speaking with Justice Watch News.

He said Members of the Vigilante in the state have been in the fore front in fighting criminals.

The Commander lamented that the Group conducted its activities without single vehicle operation

” Inadequate operational facilities seriously lower our morale,

” We equally called on state Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, commissioner for Local Government Murtala Sule Garo and other Philanthropists in Kano to bring light into our hearts,”

Ubale represented by his spokesman Usman Muhammad Dandaji, the Group Commander in Fagge LGA called on the state Government to extend its helping hands to Vigilante Group of Nigeria VGN noting that the Group has been sponsoring its activities many times from the donation of its members”.

He added that the VGN will not relent in its efforts of ensuring Kano State remain peaceful.
