Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has sworn in seven new commissioners, 12 special advisers, and six permanent secretaries.
The commissioners include:
Shehu Wada Sagagi Commissioner for Investment, Commerce, and Industry, Dr. Ismail Danmaraya Commissioner for Commerce, Dr. Gaddafi Shehu Commissioner for Power and Sustainable Energy,
Dr. Dahiru Hashim Commissioner for Environment and Abdulkadir Abdussalam Commissioner for Rural Development, Abdullahi Waya Commissioner for Information and Dr. Nura Iro Maaji Commissioner for Public Procurement.

Governor Yusuf emphasized that his administration will focus on key areas such as human development, road construction, health, agriculture, and education in the coming months.
