The Chairman of Gawuna support group, known as Gawuna Envoy has described the incumbent Deputy Governor of Kano State, and Gubernatorial candidate under All Progressive Congress, (APC) DR. Nasir Yusuf Gawuna as a grassroot politician, with vast experiences in administration and governance.

The Chairman of the Group, Alhaji Kasim Madigawa made the assertion in chat with Journalists called on electorates to vote him during 2023 governorship elections in Kano.

He said Gawuna has edged all the candidates that are vying for governorship position in Kano, noting that he was the best performing local Council Chairman in Nigeria during his tenure as Nassarawa LG, he was the Leader of Nigerian Commissioners Forum.

Madigawa maintained that Gawuna as a member of the state executive council for many years made him to become leader with most experience in governance and administration.
