A frontline All Progressive Congress stalwart, Alhaji Faizu Alfindiki on Thursday expressed confidence that the appointment of the former Governor of Kano state as Chairman, Board of Directors of Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) would usher in new era of stability, and growth in the Aviation sector.
A Press statement signed by APC chieftain that was made available to Reporters in Kano said “Ganduje’s wealth of experience in governance, particularly as the Governor of Kano State, has equipped him with the necessary expertise to navigate the complexities of the aviation sector. His appointment is a strategic move that will undoubtedly bring stability and growth to the industry.”

Alfindiki noted that the former governor’s appointment was a “recognition of his outstanding leadership skills, which have been demonstrated through his various roles in public service.”
He stressed that “President Tinubu’s decision to appoint Ganduje also speaks volumes about their strong political relationship. The President’s confidence in Ganduje’s abilities clearly show the trust and respect that exists between them.”
The former Chairman, Kano Municipal Council explained that “The aviation sector is a critical component of Nigeria’s economy, and Ganduje’s appointment is expected to bring a new level of professionalism and expertise to the FAAN.”

“Ganduje’s inauguration is a clear indication that President Tinubu is committed to appointing the best hands to lead critical sectors of the economy. This appointment is a testament to the President’s confidence in Ganduje’s abilities and his commitment to delivering on his campaign promises”, the signed statement by Alfindiki reads.
He further assured that “With his leadership, the agency is set to witness significant improvements in safety, efficiency, and customer service.”
Alfindiki maintained that “The elaborate ceremony was a proof to the high esteem in which President Bola Tinubu holds Ganduje’s exceptional administrative acumen and longstanding political relationships.”
The APC bigwig therefore lauded President Asiwaju Ahmad Bola Tinubu for the recognition that made Kano proud of his administration.
