Former Head of Communication Intelligence, Department of State Services, (DSS) Mallam Muhammed Ukashatu is dead.

According to Abubakar Abba, (Baba Habu) a family member to the deceased, the retired Director of DSS died Thursday in Abuja after a brief illness.
Mallam Ukashatu hails from Kurawa Quarters in Kano.

He left behind 1 wife and six children. He has already been buried according to Islamic rites in Abuja.
