Gunmen have kidnapped one Alhaji Nasiru Na’ayya a Businessman in Gangarbi Village of Rogo LGA of Kano State in the earlier hours of Monday.

An eyewitness who is also relation to the victim, told Justice Watch News, that the Gunmen stormed the residence of Alhaji Na,ayya by 1200hrs of Monday.
He said when the arrived the residence they started shooting sporadically in the air an action that attracted the attention of the victim’s neighbour.
“When people of the area attempted to prevent the Gunmen from going with the victim, they shot 2 people, which led to the death of one instantly and another was injured and is currently receiving treatment at hospital” The witness further said.
Another source who spoke on condition of anonymity also Justice Watch News that Gangarbi and its neighbouring villages, such as Bari and Gwangwan had recently encountered unfortunate incident of Gunmen attack.

When contacted, Kano Command Spokesperson, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, he said he was not aware of the incident.
He, however, assured that he will get back to our correspondent as soon as he get the details.
