E-Filing, Case Management: Jigawa Judicial Service Commissions Trains Non Judicial Officers

Jigawa State Judicial Service Commission has organised a One-day training for non-judicial officers on Electronic E-filing Method and Case Management.

Declaring the training open, the Chief Judge represented by Secretary Judicial Service Commission Barr. Auwalu Dan’azumi disclosed that the training will help to migrate from traditional paper filings of Court processes to digital filings system in the State Judiciary.

A statement by Mr. Abbas Rufa’i Wangara, Director Publicity and Protocol Matters, Jigawa State Judiciary said the training which involved Court registrars, Clerks and other category of staff will be trained on how to use the method of digital filings system so as to reduce in consuming papers for filing processes in our various Courts.

He, therefore said by using this innovative way of filing, it will creates an easiest channel to initiate, organize and share digital files and other legal documents efficiently.

According to him, electronic filing system come at a point in which time and cost will be saved.

He added that, direct and physical contacts for filings processes between Courts and Lawyers is hereby minimized.
