The Governor of Bauchi State Sen. Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has approved the dissolution of all the Local Government Caretaker Committee with immediate effect.

Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim Secretary to the Bauchi State Government made the disclosure in a statement issued on Tuesday.
He said the dissolution follows the expiration of their tenure in office.
He accordingly said, “The Chairmen Local Government Caretaker Committees are therefore directed to hand over the affairs of the Local Governments to their respective Heads of Administration pending the appointment of substantive Caretaker Committees.”

“Government wishes all the Local Government Caretaker Committees members success in their future endeavours.” The statement added.
