The newly elected chairman, Magistrates Association of Nigeria, (MAN) Kano State Branch, Chief Magistrate Aminu Usman (Dino), on Monday stated his readiness to protect the integrity of judiciary as well as promoting the welfare of Magistrates in Kano.
Aminu Dino made the assertion in a chat with Justice Watch News in his office.

He said under his leadership he will ensure that judicial system in Kano work effectively to have a great impact on People’s lives.
He further said selfless service, accountability, transparency, professional, diligence and teamwork will be his cardinal principles in line with the core values of the Association.
The Chairman said he ensure that the interest of Magistrates are well protected in the state.

He thanked entire members of the Association for the confidence and trust they reposed in him, stressing that he will use his experiences to enhance the Association, adding that to whom much is given, much is expected.
He solicited cooperation from entire members of the Association to achieve a desired goals.
Justice Watch News gathered that the Kano Branch of Magistrates Association of Nigeria, (MAN) recently conducted its elections for the new Executive Members.

They include: Chief Magistrate Aminu Usman (Dino), Chairman, Chief Magistrate Binta Mansur, Vice Chairman, Senior Magistrate Sadiqu Sammani, Secretary and Chief Magistrate Binta Ahmad, Assistant Secretary.
Others are: Chief Magistrate Halima Nasir, Financial Secretary/ Treasurer, Chief Magistrate Alkasim Danfillo, Public Relations Officer and Chief Magistrate Tijjani Saleh Minjibir, Auditor.
