Kano State Magistrate Court presided over by Aminu Gabari has admitted Damina Ali Gwarzo a Radio Political Supporter to bail in the sum of N500,000 with two Sureties who shall be a civil servant of grade level 11 and village head of Gwarzo.

Damina Ali, a 74 year old was alleged to have defamed the personality of Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Murtala Sule Garo, State Commissioner for Local Government and Members, Kano State House of Assembly during a radio programme.
He was ealier pleaded guilty to the charges when he was first arraigned.
According to the First Information Report, the actions of the defendant may lead to the beach of peace in Kano.

The Court adjourned the case to 21st Dec. 2021 for further mention.
