Acho, President of the Tiv Youth Organization and a respected Northern youth leader, has warmly welcomed Prince Emre Margboh, President of the Nigerian Community in Turkey, during his visit to Lagos.
During the meeting, Hon. Acho congratulated ambassador Prince Margboh on his recent appointment as the Patron of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his unwavering support for Nigerian students and education.
Ambassador Prince Margboh’s contributions to education include sponsoring over 1,900 students from Northern Nigeria to register for JAMB and WAEC examinations through his humanitarian initiatives.
Acho noted that this new appointment will further inspire him to do more for the younger generation, adding that the Nigerian government is proud of him for being a true ambassador.
The visit to Nigeria was also part of ambassador Prince Magboh’s solidarity mission to Nigerian communities facing security challenges.
He assessed the welfare of citizens, commended the Nigerian government, and called for peace as a must for community development.
Ambassador Prince Magboh particularly appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for its commitment to ending insecurity in the country, while urging for sustained peace efforts in Benue State and other Northern states affected by violence.
