No fewer than 21 athletes from Kano Contingent coming back from just concluded National Sports Festival held in Abeokuta, Ogun State died and many other injured, following a fatal accident occured at Dakatsalle bridge.

Chairman Kano State Sports Commission, Umar Bala Fagge confirmed the incident to Justice Watch News Correspondent.
He explained that the bus conveying 38 athletes falled inside the bridge.
“As I am taking to you now, we count 21 died body”

Similarly in a sober reflection, Ado Salisu a former Vice president of SWAN, said victims were still conveying to kura General Hospital.
Among the deceased was a son to Express Radio sport correspondent’s son, Salisu Jegus
