JUSUN threats to Sanction Any Branch Non Compliance with Strike Directives


The Judiciary Staff Union Nigeria ( JUSUN) has threaten to dealt with any of its Branch Members found not fully complying with the its directives on the ongoing strike action.

The resolution was contained in a Communique of the Association, jointly signed by National Deputy President, Comrade Emmanuel Abioye and I.M Adetola General Secretary and issued at the end of the National Executive Council NEC meeting held on Wednesday in Abuja.

The Communique ordered its Members of the Association to continue with the ongoing industrial action until the provision of the constitution in contention is fully complied with saying provisions of constitution are not negotiable.

” NEC in session warns that no member of any branch or chapter of the union should be victimized on account of the ongoing strike.

The Association also condemned the position of Governor Nasiru El- Rufa’i for illegally declaring National President of Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) Comrade Ayuba Wabba wanted.
