2020 Output Allowances: PASAN Issues Seven days Ultimatum to Niger State Govt, Pay or Withdraw Services

Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN) Niger State Chapter has given the state government seven day ultimatum to pay fifty percent balance of their year twenty twenty output allowance or withdraw its services.

This was contained in a communique of its emergency congress meeting jointly signed by Chairman Comrade Muhammad Sanusi and Secretary Muhammaac Idris and issued to Newsmen in Minna.

The Association also advised leadership of the Niger state House of Assembly to take welfare of staff as a right and not a privilege.

The statement explained that the nationwide industrial strike embarked upon by PASAN was suspended to facilitate passage of necessary legislation as contained in the memorandum of agreement.

It however commended PASAN executives and members for their unalloyed support resilience and steadfastness all through the struggle and called for more to succeed.
